Engineering Change Coordinator, Logistics - Auto Supplier
Mission: An Engineering Change Coordinator will be responsible for making sure all steps of the change process are followed in the implementation of Engineering Changes from concept to launch for internal and external customers. Other major responsibilities will include evaluating the bill of materials and process routing information of existing programs for data integrity.
Responsibilities:
Monitors systems related to engineering changes (Bill of Materials, Process routings, etc.):
• Coordinates all activities along the change process to meet customer/internal deadlines with Program
Mgmt.
• Schedule and Facilitate meetings; organize and record meetings or take minutes; coordinate and
publish agendas; distribution and follow-up of documents where needed
• Follow-up and report on project status, update work plans, update status reports and other coordinator
tasks as assigned.
• Updates jobs in Plex to coordinate with changes.
• Provides the ongoing communication within MP&L to ensure accuracy of changes.
• Provides timing and coordination of changes to Production teams
• Manage inventory levels for part level bumps/exhausts to avoid obsolescence.
• The ability to manage many activities and assignments and to recognize when prioritization may be needed and escalate appropriately. Hours may vary due to new component implementation.
Qualifications:Bachelor Degree preferred, 1 to 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing.

• Excellent communication skills
• Must have strong communication skills in conjunction with the ability to interact with many levels of management and resources throughout the company, in a professional manner/tone
Proficient in Plex, Microsoft (Word, Excel,Outlook, Teams)Strong planning and time management
